SOAR Management Consulting welcomes Lee Neiper to the team! Ms. Neiper retired from the Air Force after 25 years as an Intelligence Analyst with the last 17 years as a reservist, stay-at-home mom and professional volunteer. She has earned a BS in Broadcast Communications from the Mississippi University for Women and received her master’s in Military Operational Art and Science at Air Command and Staff College, Air University, Maxwell, AFB. Ms. Neiper has worked at the US Embassy in Romania in the Community Liaison Office and most recently was the office manager at Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS). Ms. Neiper also volunteers as an Arlington Lady representing the Chief of Staff at services honoring our service members at Arlington National Ceremony. She loves great wine, travel, networking and empty nest life. Welcome to the team Lee!
