SOAR Management Consulting is pleased to announce the hiring of Mr. John Wilshusen. Mr. Wilshusen joins the SOAR team following the conclusion of an incredible Navy career spanning nearly 35 years. During his career, John served in multiple locations on assignments in all corners of the United States, as well as overseas in Singapore and Japan. John’s education includes a BA in History from University of Missouri-Columbia, MA in National Security Affairs/Strategic Planning from the Naval Postgraduate School, and MS in National Resource Strategy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces at National Defense University.
